There is no heart so hard that God cannot soften it or so broken that he cannot heal it. There is nothing—no person, no situation, no trial, no pain—that he cannot redeem.
When God multiplies the ordinary gifts we offer to Him, nobody will marvel at us, they will marvel at Him.
No matter how difficult we find this holiday season, we can still rejoice. Because of His suffering, ours will end.
Seeking unity across theological circles is a God-honoring pursuit. But dismissing the damage of false teachers is not.
Just a little more
We tell ourselves
So full on superficial
We can’t fill up on the spiritual
The fruit of good works
Gets placed on a shelf
Is what our eyes set on
When driven by God-centered ambition, we will produce our best work.
If we allow the gospel to radically infiltrate our friendships, our love for one another will amplify our witness to the world.
Machoism isn’t godly masculinity. Jesus hates it, and so should you.
Because you are an image bearer, you must allow the entirety of Scripture to shape your sense of self.
