When you feel alone in this journey
When it seems like your struggles are unknown
And unseen
When tears stream your face
And nobody is there to wipe them
When fears race through your mind
And nobody is there to quiet them
We pray you know that the Lord is near
You are not alone
When you climb into an empty bed
After a day filled with too many needs
And you’re spent and exhausted
and just don’t know what to do
Or how to deal
And there’s no one to talk to
Or lean on
We pray you lean on Christ
He is your help
You are not alone
When you feel stretched too thin
Because you’re just one person
One parent
One mother
With your own story
Your own weaknesses
You own struggles
We pray you seek God’s sufficiency
He is everything you can’t be
He is the perfect Father
A better one than this world could offer
He overflows with compassion
And promises to provide
He is enough for you—
and He is enough for your kids
You are not alone
When the days are dark
And the future is daunting
And you’re haunted with all the what if’s
What if your kid never heals
What if they get hurt again
What if they do the unthinkable
What if their search for love
drives them into deeper pain
When those worries darken like a storm
We pray you behold Jesus
He is the light of the world
There is no valley you’ll face without him
He will light your path.
You are not alone
When you feel desperate
And hope is evasive
We pray you trust your mighty Savior
There is nothing too hard for him,
No heart too far gone
His arm is not too weak to save
His ear is not dull to your cry
He hears you, He sees you
He knows your needs
You are not alone
When you feel isolated
And the burdens feel too heavy
We pray you know the Lord will never leave or forsake you
He is an ever-present help in trouble
He knows every heartache
And hears every groan
Your pain is not unknown to him
He loves you, He will carry you
He will strengthen and sustain you
You are not alone
In the coming days
We pray that you enjoy God’s blessings
That you trust in His promises
That you delight in His presence
That you are strengthened by His grace
And that you are assured of His love
We pray you know that you are not alone
